One Day Implant
With the Fast&Fixed method, even if you have no teeth or if your existing teeth need to be extracted, implants can be placed on the same day as the extractions, and you can have temporary fixed teeth within 1-2 days.
In cases of bone deficiency in the posterior regions, the Fast&Fixed technique can be used with angled implants, eliminating the need for advanced surgeries such as sinus lift surgery or bone grafting, and fixed prosthetics can be created.
With this technique, tooth extractions, implants, and implant measurements are performed in the same session. Within one or two days, patients can have temporary fixed teeth on their implants. Despite being temporary, these teeth are extremely comfortable.

- If the dentist has sufficient knowledge and experience in this regard.
- If there is information and equipment in the laboratory to immediately create temporary fixed prosthetics.
How is the Fast&Fixed method applied?
- In fully edentulous jaws, 4-5-6 or the required number of implants are placed according to the size of the jaw.
- Parallelism is achieved with intermediate parts called multiunit abutments on the implants.
- Measurements are taken on the multiunit abutment.
- The laboratory process begins on the same day, and within 24-48 hours, temporary fixed teeth are ready.
- Depending on the bone quality, after a waiting period of 2 to 4 months, permanent teeth prepared with a new measurement are fixed to the implants with screw connections.
